Drohan. a member of the White Plains Police Department for over 35 years who was most noted for his work in the traffic division, died Friday at home. He was 82. and lived at 24 Byron Ave. Born in County Waterford, Ireland, he had been a White Plains resident for 60 years.

Drohan first joined the city's police force in 1920 and subsequently served as patrolman, sergeant, lieutenant and was appointed captain in 1942. The boards said they want to retain their right to make policy on educational matters, although they might be willing to discuss these matters with teachers in a context other than contract negotiations. Stewart Henry, a close friend of Drohan's even after his retirement. "We all admired and respected him.

Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret O'Donnell of the home address; one son. John J. Jr. of West Chester, a daughter, Drohan of the home address; and three grandchildren. Drohan's last surviving brother, Patrick, of Roosevelt Avenue, died Tuesday.

MRS. LUIGI FERRAVANTE 60-Year Resident Mrs. Antoinette Ferravante of 23 Bogart Ave. died Friday at White Plains Hospital. She was 84.

He was a 60-year White Plains resident and a member of Mount Carmel Church. She is survived by her daughters, Mrs. James (Rose) Flavilla, of Florida. Mrs. Woodrow (Josephine) Bishop, of Virginia, Mrs.

Joseph (Genevieve) Lambert, of Elmsford, Mrs. James (Mary) DiLeo, of Mamaroneck, and Miss Helen Ferravante. of Poughkeepsie: her sons. John, of the home address. Richard, of Connecticut, and Alexander.

LiSee of 46 Clo- verdale Ave. died Thursday at White Plains Hospital. He was 64. Born in New York City, LiSee moved to White Plains in 1952. A World War II veteran, he was manager of Tommy Chen Restaurant in White Plains until 1970, and was a private chauffer for William Ruder, of the Ruder and Finn public relations firm in New York.

He is survived by his wife, Keme Shan LiSee, of the home address. ALVERO FRANGIONI Antique dealer Alvero Frangioni of 50 N. Broadway died Saturday at White Plains Hospital. He was 74 years old. Frangioni was a White Plains art and antiques dealer before his 1963 retirement.

Born in Italy, he was a 28- year White Plains resident and formerly lived ant Yonkers. A communicant of St. Johns Church, Frangioni is survived by his wife, Irene Herman of the home address. MRS. JAMES PATTERSON 75-year resident Mrs.

Jennie A. Patterson of 55 Davis Ave. died Friday at a Mildford, Connecticut nursing home. She was 79. Mrs.

Patterson was born on Staten Island. and lived in White Plains for 75 years. She was a member of the Ridgeview Congregational Church. Mrs. Patterson is survived by her brother.
