Employee Resources, Anytime, Anywhere
For UC Health employees who are on the road or working from home, the following is a list of resources available on the Internet. Please be aware that accessing the majority of the resources listed below will require you to log in.
API HealthCare Solutions (Centricity)
Take control of your employee data and achieve a better work-life balance with Centricity Time and Attendance and Centricity Staffing and Scheduling. Review your time cards, track hours worked, view your schedule, request open shifts and more when it’s convenient for you.

UC Health Employee Health and Wellness provides routine occupational health services such as pre-placement screenings, drug screens, required immunizations and respirator fit testing. Employee Health and Wellness also administers annual flu vaccines and TB screening.
A Nurse Practitioner is available onsite to evaluate and treat work-related injuries. Our Medical Director, Victoria Wulsin, is available for consultation and to provide care as needed.
Employee Health and Wellness also manages FMLA, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, the light duty program and case management for Worker's Compensation.
Epic Mobile Apps
Epic’s mobile apps keep you connected with your patients, your practice and your clinical colleagues—wherever you are—24/7.
These mobile device applications areonlyavailable to the following parties who have clinical privileges at UC Health and who are qualified by UC Health policy to access Epic information.
Link on SharePoint
The Link on SharePoint at UC Health serves as a centralized platform for news, document management, collaboration, and information sharing among UC Health employees, facilitating streamlined communication and efficient project coordination. It enables secure access to critical data, enhances workflow automation, and supports team collaboration through integrated M365 tools and resources.

Policy Portal Login (Compliance 360)
Compliance 360 (C360) is the policy management system at UC Health. Here you can find written policies and operating procedures (SOPs). You can also access the policy portal through The Link on Sharepoint.
READYSET – Employee Health
READYSET provides the ability for employees to manage immunization records, accident and exposure reports and other health documents.
UC Health Transparency in Coverage Files (for UnitedHealthcare and UMR)
Transparency in Coverage (TiC) is a federal regulation that aims to help individuals understand and compare the costs of different health care providers before receiving care.

The IS&T staff is available 24/7 for emergencies involving critical systems and system-wide problems.
